Help sell This House and earn.

Finders Fee: $200 each for first 10 qualified conversations that occur.

Finders Commission: Up to $16,500.

Finders Fee: Connect the Seller with qualified Realtors and the
 Seller will pay you a $200 for each introduction made via conference call with a qualified Realtor as defined below.

Finders Commission: If the Realtor you introduce ends up bringing
 the Buyer, then the Seller will pay you .5% of the sale price (.5% of $3.3M =
$16,500). Please send DemocraSay member dbowen22 a private message when you've
verified a Realtor meets the 
qualifications stated belowand is interested in the property. Through this email you can arrange a
time for a conference call between yourself (Finder), Seller, and
 Realtor. At the end of this call, and after verifying that the Realtor meets the qualifications the Seller will pay you the
finders fee via PayPal within 10 days. If your Realtor brings the 
Buyer of the house, you will be paid your .5% finders commission via
bank draft within 30 days of close.

Realtor's Commission: The Realtor who brings Buyer will get 7% of the
 sale price, unless they were referred by a Finder, in which case they will share .5% with the Finder, and collect 6.5%
The Seller will not seek contact information of potential Buyers brought by Realtors. Realtors should only show the 
property to clients they feel they can trust to respect the framework of this offer. The Seller will sign a Realtor's listing agreement only when the Realtor brings a Buyer ready to sign a purchase
agreement at the same time. This is firm.

Realtor Qualifications: Introduced Realtor must be able to verify
selling at least 4 luxury single family residences, each for more than $3 million, in the last 12 months and have a license to sell 
real estate in California or New York.


The Finder must be a verified member of DemocraSay and may not be a licensed
Realtor.
