The Bucket List was released in 2007. It’s about billionaire Edward Cole and working class mechanic Carter Chambers portrayed by Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman respectively. The two characters have nothing in common save for their terminal illnesses. While in a hospital room together, they decide to do all the things they have ever wanted to do before they die according to their bucket list. In the process, they learned from each others lives, healed each other and became friends.
