In response to Who Is the Ideal Buyer?.

As one of the previous owners of this magnificent home I feel well equipped to describe the ideal buyer for it. But before I do, I must first explain why it is so special to me.

This beautiful 1872 estate would be a great home, for the setting of a television series, or a film.
