What is your guilty pleasure?

Every so often, we feel guilty about a lot of things: about not spending time with our loved ones, about not contributing financially to the household, etc. The problem is, more often than not, most of us unconsciously flail ourselves with feelings of guilt.

SPLIT ENDS: Put three or four drops of almond oil into your hand. Heat it up by rubbing your palms together then run through hair before styling. Trim your hair about 1/2 to 1 inch every three months.
MOUSY HAIR COLOR: Use Henna for a boost in color. Natural henna is best for blondes; red and brown colors match other shades. For best results, leave on for two or three hours, with a cup of conditioning olive oil.
